Refund Policy

Illumina Software is a trade name of Seekamp Ventures LLC. These terms are between you and Seekamp Ventures LLC.

Effective date: November 13, 2025.

Services and signed proposals

We provide advisory, discovery, software development, and agreed hosting, support, and guidance under a signed proposal. Your proposal defines the services, deliverables, fees, schedule, and terms of your engagement.

This page states our general service and refund policies. If this page differs from your signed proposal, the signed proposal controls.

Payments

Fees, payment milestones, and due dates are set out in your signed proposal and invoices. Invoices can be paid online by bank account (ACH) or card through Stripe.

Cancellation and refunds

Fees for services already performed are non-refundable. Refunds for prepaid work not yet performed are governed by your signed proposal.

Monthly services may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice before the next billing date; fees for the current billing period are non-refundable. Any refund rights expressly provided in your signed proposal take precedence over this policy.
