Decide what’s worth building.
We help leadership find where AI and software can help, choose what to do first, and understand what it will take. You get a practical plan and roadmap.

The problem
You know AI could help. But a pilot won’t stick when there’s no clear goal, the numbers don’t agree, and no one has time to own what comes next.
Too many possibilities. No practical plan for what’s worth doing first, or what to skip.
Spreadsheets, exports, and numbers copied by hand. When AI reads unreliable data, it can give confident, wrong answers.
Getting a demo working is one thing. Keeping useful software running takes people who’ve done it before.
How we work
Pick the right problem. Get the data right. Build something your team can rely on.
We help leadership find where AI and software can help, choose what to do first, and understand what it will take. You get a practical plan and roadmap.
Replace retyping and scattered spreadsheets with imports that reject bad data, staff review and approval, a database with your business rules, and a dashboard.
Connect the tools your team already uses—Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot—to your data through an MCP server, with sign-in, permissions, and a record of activity.
We build custom AI assistants and software around your own data and workflows, so your team can put it to use.
Hosting, support, and ongoing guidance on a monthly plan. We stay involved after the software goes live.
You can start with advice alone. You don’t have to commit to a build.
What it looks like
Illustrative questions a team could ask once its data is connected.
Customer follow-up
See who needs a conversation, using your approved order records.
Project visibility
Find where spending needs attention, from your project and cost data.
Clearer reporting
Get a readable summary grounded in the numbers your team has approved.
One example of our work
Market data from a third-party provider lived in many Excel sheets. Staff pulled it together by hand, retyped it into a design template, and printed it for customers.
The same numbers passed through several people every reporting cycle.
Data was copied by hand at least twice, with nothing checking it.
Customers could only see the data on paper.
We helped decide what to build first, then delivered validated imports, staff review and approval before data goes live, a business layer for their formulas, and a customer dashboard reading directly from the platform. We also migrated existing records and eight quarters of history.
Letting their team ask an AI assistant questions about that data directly.
Products we’ve built
Our own products are proof of the software and AI connections we design, ship, and support.
Proposals, invoicing, and project tracking. We run our own business on it.
Its own MCP server connects to Claude so AI can read proposals and invoices and draft changes, only after a person confirms the connection. Every AI edit is logged and can be undone. It can’t send or delete anything on its own.

It understands the speakers, music and singing, and the flow from welcome to worship to message. It suggests full messages and short message excerpts for the team to review, refine, and publish. Optional live streaming feeds the same workflow.

Years designing, shipping, and supporting production software.
We’re a small team of experienced software engineers, with 20+ years taking software from its first architecture to systems businesses rely on every day.
We also design, build, and run our own products, including ProjectAgile and ServiceClip. Now we help companies make good technology decisions and see them through.
Engagements
01
A strategy session or ongoing guidance. A complete engagement on its own, if that’s all you need.
02
Map the goal, understand the data, and define what the build needs to deliver.
03
A defined scope and agreed price, with milestones laid out in a written proposal.
04
Hosting, support, and ongoing guidance after launch, on a monthly plan.
Clear scope. Agreed costs. No hourly billing surprises.
